Is there a free trial available?
We offer a free plan that gives you basic features and limited integrations. With the free plan, you can try out Opsimus and see if it fulfills your needs. The free plan is not time-limited and does not expire.
How often do you check websites?
You can set checking frequencies for each monitor (website) from 1 to 60 minutes.
How will you notify me if my website goes down?
We can notify you through several channels: Email, Slack, Telegram, or Discord. You can customize the channels for each monitor (website).
Will you notify me before my domain expires?
Absolutely! We will send you a notification 30, 14, and 7 days before your domain is due to expire. The same goes for your SSL certificate, so you can prevent any interruption to your website's service.
How can I pay for Opsimus services?
You can pay using Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express cards, or via PayPal. We process credit card payments through Stripe.
What is the plan cancellation policy?
The payment is subscription-based and is processed on the 1st of every month. If you cancel your plan, the cancellation will take effect the following month. Once your plan is canceled, all your monitors will be stopped without the possibility to resume monitoring unless you renew your subscription.
What happens if my credit card is expired or not working?
If your credit card is expired or not working, your services will be stopped. However, don't worry - your data will not be erased. When you continue with your subscription, your data will be waiting for you.
